Site easy to use , I was contacted prior to shipment that 1 item was back ordered until lat the next month and wanted to find out if I still wanted what they had in stock or wanted to cancel. When I told them I would like what they had. I was asked if I wanted a refund on the back ordered item or if I wanted to just wait and have it shipped when it came in . I requested to have them ship it to me when it came in. This is great customer service!!!
