    Easy process. Steve was very nice and knowledgeable with battery settings to my Harris Xg100p and was able to walk me through the setting to get the best battery performance. The battery that was bought is an extremely nice looking battery and performs as designed. I came to Steve after an eBay seller overcharged me for OEM Harris battery, and that battery was advertised as new but simply just didn't perform at all. Anybody looking at Battery Universe can be assured that they will be well taken care of, and the battery will perform as advertised. Gary P.

    Site easy to use , I was contacted prior to shipment that 1 item was back ordered until lat the next month and wanted to find out if I still wanted what they had in stock or wanted to cancel. When I told them I would like what they had. I was asked if I wanted a refund on the back ordered item or if I wanted to just wait and have it shipped when it came in . I requested to have them ship it to me when it came in. This is great customer service!!!
